FAQ and where to turn to

The Foundation for the Certification of Food Safety Systems plays a big part in certification of HACCP, implemented in the food industry. The foundation doesn’t certify herself but facilitates the whole by managing the Certification Scheme. For questions about certification you should contact one of the Certification Bodies (see list of associated CB’s). Please note that under the current conditions only food organisations who directly deal with food can be certified through our system.

For advice concerning the implementation of the legal HACCP requirements and the requirements concerning arranging of organisations and or the prepare spaces please also contact one of the Certification Bodies.

Approval for or under HACCP of work tools in the food industry, like thermometers, cleaning products and flourescent lights is not possible.
