Certification Bodies
The associated Certification Bodies, are licenced to issue accredited certificates based on 'The Requirements for an HACCP based Food Safety System'. This licenced is based on an agreement betweent SCV and the Certification Body and requires an accreditation for the 'Requirements'. the bottom op this page contains a link for certificaton bodies intrested in association with SCV and the National Board of Experts HACCP.
All associated Certification Bodies have to comply to the certification scheme concerning 'The Requirements'. This certification scheme consist of 6 relevant documents:
1. Requirements for a HACCP based Food Safety System, June 2006 2. HACCP Certification Regulations, June 2006 3. Requirements for Certification Bodies, June 2006 4. Regulations for the National Board of Experts HACCP, June 2006
5. Current list of decisions National Advisory Board HACCP
6. Review of Cases auditor meeting from 2004
